Learning and development are key enablers for us to continue meeting the demands and needs of our customers. In a volatile market situation where we face strong competition, it is of the utmost importance to be able to react and adapt quickly and effectively. Our basic competencies and skills must be common and widespread throughout our (international) organization, but it should equally be possible to quickly acquire certain additional knowledge and skills in view of specific assignments

Apart from Training & e-Learning, to acquire or enhance knowledge, skills and competences, there is also:

  • Knowledge Management, to produce and maintain knowledge in support of the ad hoc need for information and experience in our day-to-day activities.
  • Community activities, to expand knowledge and develop best practices by sharing insights and experience.
  • On the job learning, by applying knowledge, skills and best practices in function of delivering result in a specific client situation.
  • Self study, to further develop expertise in a specific field of personal interest.
