We offer a wide range of trainings, both internally as well as in partnership with renowned teaching establishments. Capgemini even has its own professional university in the castle of Les Fontaines near Paris. Colleagues from all over the world gather in this idyllic setting to share their knowledge, and network.
Fun is one of our company values. We want our collaborators to enjoy their work and the companionship of their colleagues. Newcomers take part in 'onboarding' sessions that clarify Capgemini's philosophy, and we regularly organize informal gatherings to keep the community feeling alive.
